The fly ash sorting system is a closed circulation system. The wet fly ash in the wet hopper evenly move into the negative pressure conveying pipes through the electric stop device (VVVF), and the fly ash and air flow are evenly mixed in the pipeline to form a two-phase gas-solid flow, and then sucked into the classification system of the high pressure centrifugal blower for sorting and sorting. Larger fly ash enters the raw ash storage bin through the tongue plate degasser. Relatively fine ash enters the two-stage cyclone separator along with the air stream for further high efficiency separation. The separated fine ash enters the fine ash storage silo through the tongue plate degasser lock.
